Comprehensive Planners Package

Although all of our elopement packages include some wonderful insights and assistance, sometimes you can use a little more help. With our Comprehensive Planners Package we provide:

  • Extended Restaurant Recommendations from our curated list of local restaurants with private and semi-private dining rooms including contact information and menus.
  • Hotel Recommendations (As 29 year residents and members of our local hospitality community, we have seen over 150 local hotels, inns and B&B’s and can offer advice. We do recommend that you narrow down your list by using a site such as hotels.com or booking.com or using our list of hotel recommendations by category, and then provide us with your top 3 - 4 choices which we will narrow them down for you.
  • Our well-researched activity guide for fun things to do for couples while you are visiting the Monterey Peninsula for your wedding. 
  • Vendor list (updated 2 - 3 times a year) including our local hospitality stars in the following categories: Bakeries, Floral, DJ’s and Live Musicians, Hair and Makeup, Transportation, Videographers, House Rentals, Specialty Wedding Decor, Spa Services and Caterers. Let us know who you book, and we will contact them personally (sometimes, knowing that we referred them and the volume of business we provide, can promote better service).
  • If you decide to have us assist with any florals, communicating with the florist and sending them your photos or description of your desired flowers. Flowers will be delivered to us and we will bring them to your wedding site.
  • If you have a processional, we will line everyone up and making sure to coordinate with the photographer and any musician or DJ.
  • If you have hired any other vendors (for example, a videographer or musician) we will communicate with them the timeline for the ceremony and provide them with our contact information in case they need any additional information, and the wedding location/directions 
  • Adds a set follow-up phone call ten days before your wedding to go over any last-minute details to make sure you feel comfortable.
  • If you decide to add a Romantic Room Design, an upgrade that include’s additional rose petals and candles. We will also contact your hotel and using our influence do our very best to get you upgraded.
  • A set of 5 edited digital wedding images delivered within 48 hours so that you can share your happy news with all of your family and friends
  • After your wedding day concludes, we will send a detailed email with next steps regarding your marriage license, getting certified copies, and information on name change (if applicable) and what entities you will need to contact.
  • $200 investment added to your package plan
